Bill specializes in cold-climate infrastructure, seismic design, and engineering for government and industrial facilities. His project experience includes work for the Air Force Civil Engineer Center at Naval Station Rota in Spain.

As a licensed Professional Engineer and tank inspector, Bill brings structural engineering and inspection experience to fuel infrastructure projects. He leads multidisciplinary teams and coordinates engineering requirements, field conditions, regulatory standards, and project needs.
